1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Digital Programs & Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the program materials have been accessed.
• One-on-One Coaching & Consultations: Refunds are only available if canceled at least 24 hours before the first session.
• Physical Products (if applicable): Must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Completed coaching sessions
• E-books, meal plans, or downloadable resources once accessed
• Group coaching or challenge enrollments after the start date
• Custom meal or workout plans

3. How to Request a Refund

For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
